With over 20 years in human resource management experience, Tamara brings proven leadership strategies, program design expertise, talent management, benefits negotiations and employee engagement initiatives to our team.
Before joining ATG, Tamara was with BMW Financial Services for 17 years where she served as the Benefits & Employment Manager, managing various disciplines to include Compensation, Benefits and Recruiting. She also worked as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Nationwide Insurance and as a Sales and Underwriting Representative for State Auto Insurance.
Leveraging her multi-faceted HR background, Tamara launched her own independent venture seven years ago, providing human resources consulting with a focus on talent acquisition to a broad client base across diverse industries.

Tamara holds a BS in Business Administration & Management from Franklin University.
In addition to her role as HR Director, Tamara will also serve on ATG’s Executive Leadership Team. She will report to ATG’s CEO, Tammy Krings.
