Daniel Zetik launched his travel industry career 19 years ago in airline operations working in both general and supervisor positions in the ticketing, departure control and standard operations areas. From there, he moved to a General Sales Agency which represented multiple airlines in the local European market.

Daniel then pivoted to the business travel sector, serving as the Director of Business travel for a

TMC network franchise model where he led key internal development projects and moved the TMC’s focus from serving local country accounts to multi-national accounts. While there, he managed three office locations and was responsible for supplier negotiations and client bids.

In his current role Daniel is responsible for leading the implementation across all client countries, monitoring and measuring ATG performance against a mutually agreed Global SLA, driving each client’s global business plan and monitoring and measuring traveler satisfaction. He also acts as an interface for all ATG offices to implement consistent processes for bookings, ticketing, policy guidelines and safety & security. He is also responsible for ATG’s Reporting technologies.

Daniel is a hands-on, experienced executive leader who has managed complex global accounts for ATG over the last 10 years. Daniel intimately knows each ATG network partner. They trust him and he has earned their trust by being an exceptionally talented, resourceful, honest, knowledgeable and diplomatic leader. Daniel was instrumental in launching both ATG’s EMEA and DACH headquarters. Daniel has lived in Slovakia, Netherlands and Czech Republic and holds a degree in Project Mgmt.
